We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in, remember what's in your cart, and remember your language preference. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

• To process and ship your orders, and send order/shipping updates
• To let you sign in, track orders, and manage your account
• To respond to messages sent through our Contact form
• To detect and prevent fraud

We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

We only share information with the services that help us run the store:

• Stripe — to process payments and refunds
• Resend — to send order confirmations and account emails

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

We keep your order history and account information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

You can review and update your account details any time from My Account. To request a copy of your data or have your account deleted, reach out through our Contact page.

Lootonie is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
